به گزارش خبرنگار سیاسی ایرنا، میرتاج الدینی كه پیش از مسوولیت معاون رییس جمهوری در امور پارلمانی را برعهده داشت، روز چهارشنبه در حاشیه مراسم معارفه معاونین جدید رییس جمهوری در جمع خبرنگاران با اشاره به مسوولیت جدید خود گفت: این مسوولیت از جهات مختلف مهم و حساس بوده و اولین بار است كه چنین پستی در نهاد ریاست جمهوری ایجاد می شود.

وی ایجاد معاونت اجرای قانون اساسی را طبق قانون یكی از اختیارات رییس جمهوری دانست و گفت : آقای احمدی نژاد در راستای اجرای بهتر قانون اساسی و بر اساس اختیاراتی كه داشت، این معاونت را ایجاد كرد.

میرتاج‌الدینی با بیان اینكه اجرای قانون اساسی از اهم وظایف رییس قوه مجریه است، ادامه داد: انشاالله در سایه رهنمودهای رهبر معظم انقلاب كه همواره بر اجرای قانون اساسی تاكید داشتند و همچنین تاكیدات رییس‌جمهور و دولت بتوانیم در اجرای آن به خوبی انجام وظیفه كنیم.

وی تاكید كرد: تلاش خواهم كرد تا با مشورت‌ با شورای نگهبان به عنوان مرجع رسمی تفسیر قانون اساسی و همچنین شورای عالی حل اختلاف و با استفاده از نظرات و دیدگاه های آنان این وظیفه خطیر را به خوبی انجام دهم .

وی در ادامه با اشاره به لایحه بودجه گفت: وقتی لایحه بودجه از سوی دولت به مجلس می‌رود، این لایحه در مجلس بعضا به صورت كامل یا بیشتر مواد آن تغییر پیدا می‌كند و در واقع تبدیل به یك طرح می‌شود. ما باید با نگاه فرادستی و توجه به اصول قانون اساسی برای حل مشكلاتی از این دست راهكاری پیدا كنیم. رهبر معظم انقلاب در دیداری كه با نمایندگان مجلس هشتم داشتند تاكید كردند نباید این گونه باشد كه لایحه‌ای كه دولت ارائه می ‌دهد، بطور كلی در مجلس تغییر كند.

میرتاج‌الدینی اظهار داشت: در نشست‌های مشترك بین دولت و مجلس و شورای نگهبان نیز این مسائل مطرح و پیشنهاداهایی نیز ارائه شده بود؛ البته جمع‌بندی نشده است و باید با كمك هیات عالی شورای حل اختلاف راهی را در این زمینه باز كنیم تا به نتایج روشن برسیم.

معاون رییس جمهوری در اجرای قانون اساسی گفت: این قبیل مسایل و موضوعات مربوط و خاص این دولت نیست و اگر راهكار روشنی در این راستا پیدا كنیم، برای دولت های بعدی نیز راهگشا خواهد بود.
